The Media Won It

Saw an article today about why Jeremy Corbyn lost the election and it’s clear when you look at the alleged reasons he lost that the right wing media won the election.

10,000 Labour Party members were surveyed to look at why Labour did so badly in the General Election. Some of the reasons given were:

Now anyone who reads this blog knows I am no friend of Labour in any shape or form, or Jeremy Corbyn, but I wonder where Labour voters would get the idea that he was a friend of terrorists?

He could not be trusted, but surely Labour members couldn’t know that could they, who could have told them that?

Apparently if you don’t dress the right way in England it means you are not fit to govern but when did that become a factor in a general election?

Apparently Labour and Jeremy Corbyn wouldn’t be able to pay the bills. Yeah you guessed it,

The simple reality is that the media in this country are right wing mentalists who have taken the Nazi media playbook from the 1930 and 40s and used to make sure that lazy and ignorant voters in England would vote the way they wanted them to. The British state are a serious risk to Scotland and our democracy, along with the BBC they have the media waging a war against that democracy. I am no fan of Jeremy Corbyn but he was never going to be allowed to win that election, and they knew all they had to do was chase the right wing, racist, ignorant white van man vote in England and they could have their Tory nightmare of a Government.
