Ignorance beyond belief

Sometimes you see a letter in a letters page and you just despair at the ignorance and the selfishness of the writer.

I actually feel sorry for people who feel this way, are you so filled with loathing that you can’t have empathy and understand we do need to protect people. Where do they move to? Aren’t we all humans on this planet. John Alexander has my support because the alternative is unthinkable, the letter writer might support Tory hate but I don’t.

It is just so sad that people actually feel that way, social security is a must in any decent society and the UK has some of the worst social security in the western world. You would think that people would be more concerned about the bribe given to the DUP, I know I am.

It’s very very disturbing, but once a Nazi Brit always a Nazi Brit
They are hiding in the background SUCKING the life out
Of the POOR ,SICK, DISABLED and people less fortunate

You are not wrong, some people seem to have the mentality that because they are ok (just now as we don’t know what’s round the corner) that everyone else is lazy and undeserving of support when required. Yeah there are a tiny tiny amount who abuse the system but are they any worse than the MPs who screw expenses, the companies who avoid tax, the Windsor’s, no they are not. It is just so sad that people feel that way and a bit depressing.

There seems to be more and more of these people voicing their opinions , a lot more publicly and with far more vigor than normal . Now Craig Murray’s blog covered something that might shine some light on why , these views are more numerous than should be , a few of his blogs covers something strange going on with Wikipedia and who is writing or re-writing a hell of a lot of personal pages .It all begins with someone called Philip Cross , its a big read , but an eye opener , https://www.craigmurray.org.uk/archives/2018/05/the-philip-cross-affair/

I have read Craig s blog and it is a strange one and certainly he and others are being targeted by someone or organisation. It could be the UK as Craig suspects or any country that he has slated, that is also so sad that people want to trample all over freedom of thought and speech. This week I thought I would buy the local evening paper, mainly for the football to be honest, but to be honest I hadn’t bought it for a few years and wanted to see if it was still as bad as before, and yes it is. Local crime, advertisements, with the football being the best bit and the usual letters page that shows that some people really are very sad. My experiment is over and it’s back to the National from today, not everyday as I don’t think the National is all that great but it is all we have.

I hope the writer of the letter never suffers from a serious accident or illness. Because if they do they may realise that there is nothing fair about universal credit nor the people who administer it. I can only feel sorry for someone with such a narrow view of the world and their fellow human beings.

I don’t wish ill on them but if they ever have to suffer the DWP it would be interesting to see if their attitude changed. I just don’t get how people can think like that at all.
