As we wait

For Project Fear Part Two to start on Friday with the release of the Growth Commission Report it is worth reminding ourselves of the real UK.

Rarely reported these days in the joke we call a media because we live in a Disney World of minor Windsor Weddings is the latest food bank report from the Trussell Trust and it gets grimmer by the day.

In areas where Universal Credit has been rolled out fully there has been an increase of referrals for emergency food by 52%, yes 52%. If that doesn’t shame all of us nothing will. 1,332, 952 emergency 3 day food parcels were given out in the last year, an increase of 13% overall. just under 500,000 ( half a million ffs ) given to children.

While the Tories, and the unionist scumbags like Darling, Brown and Murphy (cause Labour matter in Scotland lol) tell us how wonderful the UK is, how the Great is back in Great Britain, and while the media give you 48 pages of the ridiculous opulence of the Windsor wedding, hunger in the UK is growing alarmingly.

So on Friday when we get told how we are too poor, too stupid, too wee, too ignorant ,too genetically incompetent to make political decisions, think what another no vote means. The UK is a shit hole, run by assholes for the betterment of other assholes. That’s what a no vote means, this is nothing compared to what is going to come if we stay in this crappy and uncaring UK.

After the referendum I was looking to leave. I checked out houses in Spain and in Ireland. I could not find what I was looking for and my Husband was concerned about both our pensions ability to keep us if what we both suspected that the UK decided to leave the EU.
We need to be a damned more careful with this Referendum or, my favourite option. If May holds her October election, that a high vote for the SNP means a vote for independence. My Husband feels that this nice approach has to go, We need to fight as dirty as they do. The Westminster government has over the century’s stopped at nothing. We need to stop them.

I agree with your husband, playing nice has got us no where so what’s the point. Keep the media happy, try to convince no voters, who lets be honest, have pretty much made up their minds, no it’s home truths time as far as I am concerned and the SNP need to get down and dirty. I saw their criticism of the BBC and it didn’t go far enough and was far too stale. BBC Scotland News and the wider organisation is bias against those fighting for self determination and to not call it that is just playing their game. The next referendum is the last one in my lifetime and many of those in the SNP, it’s last chance saloon for at least up to 50 years so f it, let’s go for it. If we lose then I’ll look after mines and the no voters can go do one, if we win we get the chance to leave behind a better future for our kids and grand kids, that is well worth getting down and dirty about.

    Thanks for commenting.
