Let’s hope NO voters have switched on their brains and are paying attention to every f lie Bitter Together ever said and that have been falling apart since 2014.

The older No voters are dying but there is an upsurge of some nasty right wing No voters, some with limited intelligence, which is being encouraged by the Tories and their pals!
I missed out the important word younger applied to right wing No voters!

They will always be there. We can only try to whittle them down, continue to humiliate their arguments at every turn and keep active and blogging. I really believe we will win, I just hope I live long enough to see it as I’m 49 now but who would have thought we would have even have had a referendum in 2014. We are getting there, just wish some Scots would grow a pair.

Why can’t the English/British State just be honest it’s always the best policy, and tell us Scots when the oil and gas runs out and we have over populated the Shetland and other Islands with your residents from London then Scotland can leave this union but before you go we need a referendum on these Island if they want to remain apart of the English Union. When we sold our self to the English we have given away more than we could ever hope to gain by being part of this union, and these narrow minded Scots who call themselves unionist for a union that has never existed other than forearm of the establishment and their stately homes. God help Scotland if we loses any future referendum. I only want to be Scottish, whats the harm in that.
100%Yes
They will fight and fight dirty for as long as Scotland has something they want and when the oil and gas are gone it will be the land again. They make me sick but the Scotbrits make me even sicker, they are the bigger problem and we need to find a way to deal with them.

The obvious question , is by how much underestimated . I do know why they keep banging on about the North Sea , but hardly a peep about the deposits on the Western side of Scotland (Total and Shell had surveys done in the 70’s ) . Oil and gas don’t matter in the long run , what we are heading towards will dwarf oil and gas . Renewables and Electrolysis … Using the excess electric energy from wind turbines , wave and tidal generators , we could potentially generate so much hydrogen it would be frightening . A constant loop of free energy , no grid charges and the need for England to keep its lights on . The future looks bright .

That would be interesting to find about but I bet we never get that question answered. I am like you renewables is the future and in an independent Scotland I would slowly reduce the extraction of Oil and Gas as much as possible and try to bank it and sell it in future for essential industries and make a killing, but we have to get independence first and the so called national grid is another way they are bleeding us dry and needs sorting, or we need our own.
